Veneers

A veneer is a thin layer of porcelain that is bonded to the front of a tooth to improve its shape, size, colour or position.

Veneers are made entirely of porcelain and once bonded into position are very strong.

One major advantage of a veneer is that it involves much less tooth preparation than a crown – this means that more natural tooth tissue is preserved.

Another advantage of porcelain is that it does not stain and may be more suitable for those who smoke,or drink red wine, coffee or tea.
