The Practice Membership Scheme: Dental Care Plan
The membership scheme at our practice operates on different levels for adults, students and children. The different levels are as follows:
- Level 1: Ages 0 – 3 – Free of Charge
- Level 2: Ages 4 – 18 (in full-time education) £4.95 per month
- Student Dental Care Plan: Ages 19 – 22 (in full-time education) £6.45 per month
- Dental Care Plan: £11.75 per month
You may join the scheme if you wish after the initial consultation and at the discretion of Dr. Attwater.
